Arsenal will collide against Leicester City tomorrow night and if Emery’s men beat the Foxes by a margin of four goals then they will overtake Chelsea and Spurs to move into third place.

As far as the transfers are concerned, an African shot stopper has issued a come and get me plea to Arsenal by confirming wish to move to the Emirates.

Senegalese international and SPAL goalie Alfred Gomes recently gave an interview to renowned Italian source La Gazzetta Dello Sport and stated:

“My dream would be to play for Arsenal, which I have always loved since I was a child”

The 25-year-old goal keeper has so far featured in 9 league games for the Serie A side and kept four clean sheets. As far as his national career is concerned, he made his debut last year and so far made 4 appearances. He went to the World Cup with Senegal as the second choice goalie and was not used.

As far as Arsenal are concerned, the north Londoners splashed the cash to lure Leno from Bundesliga club Bayern Leverkusen in the summer transfer window.

The German international has done well in the absence of veteran Petr Cech so, at the moment, Arsenal do not really need to sign a new goalie.
