Arsenal signed the likes of Guendouzi and Torreira to strengthen their midfield department in the summer transfer window.
The Gunners did manage to hold on to Aaron Ramsey but the Welsh international has not signed a new contract as yet and reports suggest that he is likely going to leave the club.
The former Cardiff City player’s current contract with the north Londoners will expire next year and he is eligible to reach a pre-agreement with any club in the winter transfer window to seal a free transfer next July.

According to Sport Mediaset, Arsenal are now prepared for the departure of Ramsey and are looking to replace him. In such a situation, they could move to sign Polish international and Napoli star Piotr Zielinski.
The Italian source have mentioned that the 24-year-old midfielder is on the wish-list of Arsenal boss Unai Emery, however, the Serie A side have no plans of letting him leave.
In the last campaign, Zielinski featured in 47 games in all competitions for the Naples based side and directly contributed in 10 goals (7 goals and 3 assists). This season, so far, he has netted 2 goals in 9 appearances.
Zielinski is a dynamic midfielder, who likes to play in the creative central midfield role but Ancelotty has also utilized him on the left wing this season.
Contract and clause:
His current contract with Napoli will expire in 2021 and as reported by Sport Mediaset, he has got a huge release clause of 65 million euros (£58million).
