Arsenal have enjoyed what could turn out to be a sensational campaign this season. The Gunners are five points clear at the top of the Premier League table with just three games remaining against West Ham, Burnley and Crystal Palace.

Meanwhile, they have also reached the Champions League final. The north London outfit will face European champions PSG in Budapest on 30th May in the final of European football’s elite competition.

A major financial boost

Financial Fair Play vs Profit and Sustainability Difference

Reports suggest that Arsenal’s successful campaign on the pitch will give the club a significant financial boost. In fact, the Gunners look set to overtake Premier League rivals Manchester City and Liverpool as the richest football club in the English top-flight.

The main financial boost will come from an increase in both commercial revenue and money received from the 2025/26 season TV rights deal.

Last season, the Gunners earned around £263m in commercial revenue and around £213m from the season’s TV deal. The north London club also generated £154 m in matchday revenue.

An increase over last season

Champions League Trophy

The north London club produced an impressive revenue in season 2024/25. For instance, they received £101m in revenue from their participation in the Champions League, but that figure has risen to £122m, with a potential increase if they win the final against PSG.

Arsenal would also benefit financially from becoming champions. If they can hold off the challenge of second-place Manchester City, who have a game in hand, then the Gunners are likely to receive an even bigger financial boost.

Everything is looking good for the North London outfit, and everybody associated with the club will be hoping that the team can maintain their success on the pitch and help the Gunners’ financial stability for years to come.
