Chelsea haven’t really kicked off their summer spend yet but we imagine that this could be one of their biggest summers in the market for 5 years.
They have been comparatively prudent in recent years but we smell a rebuild with big players coming and going this summer.
And The Sunday People reports that Manchester United are to offer Chelsea Matteo Darmian in a bid to brig Nemanja Matic to Old Trafford this summer.

Darmian has already been linked with a move to Chelsea this summer as the new Italian coach looks to reinvigorate a side that plumbed scarcely believable depths last season.
Matic was one of the worst culprits and was hardly recognisable from the man who was widely regarded as the difference between the title winners and the rest in the previous season.
And Darmian never quite got into his groove at Manchester United despite a really promising start to his career at Old Trafford.
Both are clearly talented players with much to offer but perhaps need a new environment and new coaches in order to find their feet again.
TFF believes that this deal is eminently possible and could well the perfect move for all involved.
