Duo out – Liverpool’s strongest possible 4-3-3 XI vs Arsenal

Lallana-Klopp

After drawing 0-0 against Man City in the league, Liverpool have won their last three games in all competitions. The Reds will face a tough test against Arsenal at the Emirates tomorrow.

In the last two games, Klopp opted to use the 4-2-3-1 system (vs weak oppositions) but we can expect him to revert back to the usual 4-3-3 formation vs the Gunners.

As far as the team news is concerned, midfield duo of Keita and Henderson have not returned to training (Sky Sports) as yet and therefore, we can expect them to be out of the starting XI.

Xherdan Shaqiri is in top form at the moment and deserves to start but it will not come as any surprise if Klopp opts to select James Milner to start with Wijnaldum and Fabinho in the central midfield.

In the attack, Salah and Mane should start out wide behind Roberto Firmino.

As far as the back line is concerned, Gomez and Robertson could start in the fullback positions. On the other hand, Van Dijk and Lovren will likely start in the central defense in front of Brazilian shot stopper Alisson Becker.

Here is Liverpool’s strongest possible 4-3-3 XI vs Arsenal.
