Liverpool linked with supreme talent in January sales

Every now and again TFF sees fit to do voluntary promotion for a player who we believe has the lot.

Over the last few years, Geoffrey Kondogbia, has been very much a part of that exclusive club.

The French international seems to tick all the boxes of an elite modern footballer. He’s strong, quick, has a football brain and superb feet. He can play in half a dozen positions and never seems to tire.

Liverpool have been linked with a loan move for the player in January with an option to sign him permanently after that.

Gazette Dello Sport (via Metro):

Liverpool lead chase for Inter’s £18.5m midfielder Geoffrey Kondogbia

Kondogbia has never really kicked on for France with only 5 caps since his debut in 2013. But the potential is most certainly there. At club level he has already been involved in two major transfers: to Monaco for 20m Euros in 2013 and to Inter in Italy in 2015 for 31m Euros.

At just 23, there is so much more to come from this man and he looks to us to be the perfect addition for a Liverpool side which still requires more class and solidity in defence.

Let’s see some of his better moments for club and country.

Liverpool fans – would this be the right signing in January or is more experience needed in defence?
