Man Utd could secure key signing due to rival’s stance

Jose Mourinho Manchester United manager

Liverpool and Manchester United have been linked with Welsh international and Arsenal star Aaron Ramsey in the recent weeks and the latest update is positive for the Red Devils.

According to Mirror Sport, Liverpool are no longer looking to hire the services of the former Cardiff City midfielder.

The British outlet have mentioned that Klopp has passed up the chance to sign Ramsey and that would pave the way for Man United to make a move and secure his signing.

Under Jose Mourinho, United have already signed midfielders like Pogba, Matic and Fred but the still need to improve.

Ramsey is naturally a central midfielder but he can effectively play anywhere in the attacking midfield as well. An energetic and versatile star like him would largelyamplify the quality of Mourinho’s team.

The 27-year-old star has so far started 6 league games in the current campaign for the Gunners, scored 1 goal and provided 3 assists.

His current contract with the north Londoners will expire next summer and as reported by London Evening Standard last month, he could be available for a fee less than 25 million pounds in the January transfer window.

In your opinion, should Mou splash the cash to sign Ramsey for Man Utd?
