Manchester United will surely look to bolster their attacking line in the summer months and one of the more exciting names to feature in the ‘potentially gettable’ category is that of Monaco forward Kylian Mbappe.
He’s only gettable if you have around 110m GBP swishing around in your coffers however and Mbappe’s agent has suggested that only four clubs can afford to pay his transfer fee.
He is quoted as saying:
“There are only four clubs in the world that can afford him today: Barca [Barcelona], Real [Madrid], [Manchester] City and United.
Without wishing to put too much weight on his young shoulders, Mbappe looks to TFF a little like the original Ronaldo in his style of play.
He’s so quick and powerful but also has a featherlight touch and has that rare ability of dribbling mastery.
At just 18 years of age he seems to have the world at his feet after a sensational season in France.
He’s scored a remarkable 23 goals in 37 games this season and catapulted his side to the Champions League semi-finals.
Mbappe has also impressed his nation enough to make his debut for France. He now sits on 2 caps and surely he will hit 100 in his career.
Manchester United need a new talisman and while it would represent something of a gamble to buy such a raw talent he could easily turn out to be one of United’s best signings of all time.
Manchester United fans: would you dive into this transaction or is it ridiculous to suggest spending this amount on a player who has only had one good season at the top level?
