Morata off to Juventus – report

It’s a deal which has been in the offing for sometime and Juventus look as if they have finally made a break through with regards Alvaro Morata.

Marca can be sensationalistic but they usually have the inside track on players moving from Real Madrid before anyone else.

And Juventus are apparently front runners for the signature of the brilliant young Spanish striker.

With Carlos Tevez and Fernando Llorente already at the club the addition of the Spaniard will give Juventus one of the best forward lines in Europe next season.

At just 21 years of age Morata is untested outside of Spain but we think the Italian league will suit him well because it’s more about technique than pace and physicality.

But, that said, Morata is also a strong lad for 21 and we think that he will be banging in the goals in Serie A before long, even if he doesn’t get a starting place straight away.

Marca says:

Real Madrid are on the verge of finalising the sale of Álvaro Morata to Juventus for €22 million. After protracted negotiations, the youngster has got his way and will pen a four-year deal in Turin.

The deal apparently includes a first option for Real Madrid to re-sign the player if he leaves Juventus.

Let’s see some of his highlights. Juventus fans: Will Morata get go straight into the first eleven?
