Chelsea are reportedly on the verge of selling Nemanja Matic after a deal was agreed with Juventus according to The Daily Star who say:

NEMANJA MATIC looks set to quit Chelsea this summer with a £20m transfer to Juventus already agreed.
The Chelsea career of Matic is one of extremes. Just a couple of years ago he was regularly being lauded as the difference between Chelsea and the other title contenders with his strength, athleticism, discipline and eye for the odd spectacular goal. He put in commanding displays virtually every week and looked like the first name on the team sheet.
But such has been his demise at Chelsea that the club have regularly overlooked him this season for John Obi Mikel who has himself looked like a spent force at times over the last few years.
At 27 Juventus could be about to sign a 6ft 4in world-beater if they can restore his confidence and get him playing at the top of his game again.
Meanwhile Matic could be the latest high profile departure from Chelsea who look as if they are at once tightening their belts and possibly saving up for a couple of A-list recruits this summer.
Matic has played 105 times for Chelsea and scored four goals. He’s represented Serbia on 28 occasions and scored once.
