Tottenham have a history littered with flair players and they are being linked with another one in the latest news cycle.
British media outlet, The Sun on Sunday, reports:

The left-sided sensation has only just turned seventeen on 18th of May but has already played 27 games for the Fulham first XI this season and scored a remarkable seven goals in that period for the Championship side.
This is a player who looks like he’s going to reach the top level and TFF would be very surprised if he wasn’t snapped up by an elite level club this summer.
He could be well-advised to stay at Fulham for another season though, where he is getting so many minutes. He certainly can’t expect to get the same amount of game time at Tottenham or an elite club straightaway.
But the allure of the Premier League is so great that Sessegnon might decide to make the move anyway. Or, as regularly happens these days, he could sign for Tottenham and then go back on loan to Fulham for another year as part of the deal.
This is a left-sided player of great quality. He gets up and down the flank effortlessly and his ball control is excellent for one so young. He seems to be quicker than the rest and has hit some beautiful goals already in his short career.
So many players with this sort of talent go by the wayside but if he keeps his head down he could have an amazing career at Tottenham.
