4-3-3: Manchester United’s Best XI vs Leicester – this man must play

Oh dear x10.

Sour grapes from Jose Mourinho aside, any team that can’t beat 19th placed Hull at home simply doesn’t deserve to end the season in the Champions League places.

Paul Pogba has had a decent campaign but if this proves to be his best season at Manchester United he will be seen as a massively expensive disaster a la Sebastian Veron.

In a game that he should have been controlling with his eyes closed we saw some good moments but no compelling reason to have spent £90m on him.

His brilliance was fleeting and he needs to to a lot more.

Jose has had two windows now and it’s understandable that he decided against rash purchases in January. But with the players he already has at his disposal you would have thought that three points against Hull wouldn’t be beyond him.

TFF believes that any club with Anthony Martial, Marcus Rashford, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Zlatan, Luke Shaw and Pogba at their disposal should have more than enough teeth to batter most opponents.

But Mourinho is still struggling to find fluency in the most expensively assembled team in the land.

So perhaps we should be looking at different options at this stage. How about a more fluid front three of Martial, Rashford and Mkhitaryan?

That would do nicely for starters – especially away from home against a team that is vulnerable to the counter attack.

So here is our eleven to talk three crucial points at Leicester to end Arun of three damaging dress in the league.
