But two wins this week and the start of a great Manchester United career would be a lovely send off for the squad.

At his best, The Armenian international is a more powerful number 10 than Juan Mata. He’s far quicker than Wayne Rooney and also possesses the dribbling ability to beat his man with the ball. And his skill level easily trumps that of Marouane Fellaini.
After a start against Manchester City which clearly traumatised him, he’s been wrapped in cotton wool and brought up to speed on the training ground.
But TFF feels that he needs to get games now if his Manchester United career isn’t going to fizzle out even before it starts.
Mkhitaryan can offer the cutting edge, the early through ball and the speed of play and the finishing ability that United clearly need in order to start scoring goals more regularly.
And with him and Anthony Martial restored to the line up Manchester United should offer far more attacking threat.
United fans everywhere will be hoping that the £27m signing from Borussia Dortmund can get a run this evening because he can transform this United team if he reaches his potential at the club.
