Liverpool linked with very interesting forward in January move

Liverpool have been linked this week with the mercurial talents of Arsenal winger Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.

Respected British media outlet, The Guardian, suggests that the Anfield outfit could make a move in January.

Liverpool consider January move for Arsenal’s Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain

With his pace, dynamism and ability to play anywhere across the front line it’s easy to imagine that The Ox would be a player of interest to Klopp.

The German clearly loves pace and adaptability in his forwards and TFF has always felt that Oxlade-Chamberlain has more to give.

He’s done really well when used this season and has a very decent 23 appearances and 6 goals to his name.

But he has generally been used sparingly in the biggest games and at 23 years of age he would want to be playing the big matches.

His cameo appearance against Manchester United at Old Trafford saved a point for The Gunners and demonstrated a quality final ball that had been lacking from Theo Walcott.

TFF believes that Arsenal would be reluctant to let The Ox go but if Liverpool do get a sniff they would surely be keen to add another frightening attacking element to their already superb offensive line.

Oxlade-Chamberlain has played 172 games for Arsenal and scored 20 goals since he moved from Southampton five and a half years ago.

He’s also got an impressive record for England with 5 goals in 24 games for his country.
