Mendy is quick, athletic and puts in a consistently brilliant cross.
With Chelsea using the 3-4-3 and wing backs with such success this season it’s easy to see why they would be keen on Mendy.
Indeed, the 23-year-old looks absolutely tailor made for Antonio Conte’s preferred system and he would be a bargain even at around 26m GBP.
